Battery Life

Built in battery charger:

Fully charge 4 X 2200 mAH in approx. 8 hrs.

The built in charger initially charges the batteries at 300 mA, which is a fairly low rate comparing to other external chargers. It charges the batteries in a gentle state which prevents the batteries from being damaged by strong current and eventually increases the battery life.

Once the batteries are fully charge just turn the charge mode to 'Trickle Mode' to change the charge current to 60 mA and the PD7X will remain fully charged.
